We recently used JN Civils Ltd (“JNCL”) to complete an electrical mains connection to a new development on one of our Cumbrian caravan parks.

Whilst we had the option of a using Electricity North West Ltd (“ENWL”) to provide a turnkey installation, we delivered significant savings by allowing JNCL to undertake the contestable element of the contract.

The work was carried out on time and to budget in a professional manner with excellent communication throughout. Ant Livingstone and the team helped guide us through the planning stages of the installation, in getting landlord’s consent, liaising with ENWL and assisting our third party ground worker to ensure everything went without a hitch.

We will certainly use the company again for developments.

All of the workmen have consistently kept the site in order and in an immaculate condition. With the works taking place outside our shop front, we were initially extremely concerned how this would affect the business.

However, the team have been nothing but polite and courteous, consistently accommodating after our customers and staff members with a friendly greeting as they entered and exited the shop. This goes a long way, especially during the busiest period for a chip shop. They are a credit to your company! Exceptional service.

A short note to express my appreciation for the actions of your on-site workforce when carrying out the above works.

Ross Haworth and his gang of 3 were particularly helpful in resolving a problem with my water supply stop tap in the vicinity of the gas supply works they were doing. They not only resolved an issue that our previous provider have been avoiding for months, but they were also most polite and considerate when doing it.

I am sure the type of work you do will generate complaints from some less patient, but Ross, his team and all the others who worked in the vicinity of my property were always very co- operative and helpful whilst doing a difficult job.
